As easy as it gets. A basic salmon recipe to get you started.

Dry the salmon with kitchen towel. Then place in baking tray. Use baking paper or aluminium foil for easier clean up.

Preheat oven to 200C

Drizzle oil and brush to cover salmon on the side facing up

Sprinkle seasonings paprika, salt and pepper generously across the face of the salmon portions

Flip the pieces and oil and season the other side.

Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes
- Salmon is delicate, you thongs and a long and wide spatula to make them around and flip them. Especially once cooked, it becomes flaky and is prone to break. - Can garnish will dill and lemon - Drying the salmon really helps - Make sure the salmon is fully defrosted so that it cooks evenly
